Prior experience in automotive sales is preferred however, it is not necessary we will train you "the Waldorf Ford way"! The ideal candidate is ready to take-charge, works smart, self-motivated, and makes the car buying experience fun. Waldorf Ford provides a friendly and professional work environment, a heavy flow of internet leads, phone and street traffic, and a huge inventory of new and previously owned vehicles to choose from.

Certified Product Sales Specialist Qualifications:

• Greet and assist customers in a timely manner when entering the property
• Follow up with the prospective customers and return calls, text & emails
• Spend time with customers to determine their needs and then providing options
• Be able to maintain dealerships standard in CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores

Job Requirements for Certified Product Sales Specialists

• High School Diploma

• Must Have Valid Drivers License
• Successfully Pass Background Test, Drug Screen and Motor Vehicle Background Screen
• Reliable Means of Transportation
• Must be able to stand for extend periods of time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
